Guilds house the key operational activities of eDemocracy DAO. There are 10 Guilds:

Members who join Guilds can fill key roles under the responsibility of those Guilds, which “certifies” their members to be in those roles. Generally each Guilds will need a different set of skills - for example, the technology guild will require software skills.

Guilds will be self-governing. Guilds can control their own admission processes. Guild can set their own membership policies, accreditation, payment, and governance systems subject to general framework set out by the Board.

Each Guild will have an executive or executive team which is responsible for setting the high-level goals of the Guild and achieving them.

Each Guild will have its own channel for members of that Guild.

Guilds will produce training materials and course-work leading the qualification for entry in the Guild.

Guilds will strive for decentralization, issuing non-transferable NFTs to their members which give them powers over different smart contract systems
