- Development of training materials, plan and levels
- Admission and ranks
- How many people will be admitted?
- How many tokens to people have to stake to be admitted?
- What are the levels and staking requirements?
- What are the privileges of higher levels?
- Special rooms
- Activities
- Earning privileges
- Higher Pay rates
- Event schedule: webcasts etc.
Each Guild will have a budget of tokens
