This Guild will be concerned the management of the Thelo token economy.

This guild will manage the eDemocracy Network, which is the non-profit that mints the Thelo tokens. It will manage the keys to the vaults.

The Network will have a board of Governors who will;

• set the exchange rates for Thelo
• set policies for currency stability, mild deflation

It will oversee token exchanges

It will oversee token technology, including payments

It will set aside funds for eDemocracy Grants

It will mint Klismos as directed by eDemocracy Coop Board
