eDemocracy DAO (”the DAO”) Will be established as an unincorporated nonprofit association.

Any human can become a “Citizen” of eDemocracy DAO by establishing their humanity. There is no membership fee. It does not own any property.

Its purpose is to harness collective intelligence to advance positive political change.

Mission-aligned organizations can also belong to eDemocracy DAO.

eDemocracy Coop (”the Coop”)

The eDemocracy Coop is a Canadian (BC) Cooperative being incorporated for the purpose of holding the DAO in a legal framework, and being able to issue crypto-based securities as well as work with utility tokens, in full compliance with Securities Legislation.

The Purpose of the eDemocracy Coop is to;

• Provide members with opportunities and technology for engaging in and supporting group decision processes and provide opportunities to earn money while doing so
• Empower members to solve social and political problems through digital democracy and group decision-making
• Build the Web3 technology infrastructure and social systems for such digital democracy
• Build an ecosystem of people, technologies, and organizations committed to improving and innovating systems of decentralized governance.

eDemocracy Network (”the Society”)

eDemocracy Network Society, a Canadian incorporated nonprofit organization, will act as the mint and the treasury of Thelo.

1.      It will mint the Thelo tokens.

2.      It undertake token swaps with other organizations and sell the tokens for fiat

3.      It expense all income generated annually through those token swaps and sales by

• a. Entering into service contracts for the advancement of the eDemocracy ecosystem, such as funding open source software development and democratic engagement processes, and paying third parties for those services, and
• b. Purchasing Thelo from individuals and organizations at a rate it will determine
• Maintaining Tax-Free Status
