What does a $100K investment purchase?

A $100k investment will purchase 1,000 Klismos (investment share) valued at $100 each. This is 4% of the total supply of 25,000 Klismos in this round.

A Klismos is a legally registered investment share in eDemocracy Coop. It will be issued as a limited-edition digital artwork of a chair, along with IP rights over that artwork.

Holders of Klismos have with the following rights (“Klismos Rights”)

The Thelo token economy is a critical part of the eDemocracy business strategy. However, the Token economy is not the same as the eDemocracy Coop and so the value of all Klismos will be smaller than the market cap of Thelo tokens. The Thelo treasure will be under the control of eDemocracy Network Society, which will be controlled by eDemocracy Coop. All 1 billion of the tokens in that Treasury will be directed towards advancing the mission and business of eDemocracy Coop and in that respect those tokens can be regarded as non-dilutive financing. However they will not be assets available for distribution to investors on dissolution like other assets owned directly by the Coop.
